SAKURA HAVEN HOMESTAY CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy outlines the cancellation and modification procedures for bookings at Sakura Haven Homestay.
Booking Types and Cancellation Terms
Standard Reservations
When you book a stay at Sakura Haven Homestay, you are reserving accommodation for specific dates. Payment terms and cancellation conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Cancellation Process:
- To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us directly via email at [admin@ sakurahaven.au] or phone at +61 0451 558 191
- Your booking confirmation email contains your reservation details and booking reference number
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance you cancel (see schedule below)
Cancellation Fee Schedule:
- More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fee
- 15-30 days before check-in: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before check-in: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund
Extended Stay Bookings
For extended stays (bookings of 30 days or more), special terms may apply:
- Payment may be collected in Subscription instalments weekly or monthly, based on your stay duration
- Your payment details will be stored securely for scheduled payments
- You may modify or cancel your extended stay booking with appropriate notice
- Cancellation terms for extended stays will be outlined in your booking agreement
Advance Booking Deposits
For reservations made well in advance of your stay, we may collect a deposit at the time of booking with the remaining balance due closer to your arrival date.
Deposit Cancellation Terms:
- If you cancel before the final payment is collected, deposit refunds will follow the standard cancellation schedule above
- Once your stay has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for refunds, though you may discuss special circumstances with management
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel due to emergency circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We will work with you to find a fair resolution whenever possible.
